The year 2013 is finally coming to an end, the year that saw Kenyans vote in the eleventh parliament, a year that the country adopted the devolved system of government under the new constitution. A year that also saw Kenya mark her 50th birthday after independence. A year that also saw the son of the founding father of this country Kenya become the president, a jubilee year it was christened.

The year had its ups and downs, and every Kenyan can attest to that.

What do you have to celebrate about the year 2013? your memorable moments. Where as Kenyans or as the Jubilee government has we gone wrong? Are the county governments bringing any changes? where do we need to improve and do you think 2014 will be much better.
